Keeping Up With What's Being Said
Streams
A Stream pulls in content from a platform automatically — your own page's posts and their comments, or a keyword/hashtag search — into a live feed inside Quickenerp, so you don't have to check each platform's native app separately.
Engaging From the Feed
Like, reply to, or otherwise engage with a stream item directly from Quickenerp where the platform supports it — useful for a small team managing several accounts to divide up response duties without everyone needing native login access to every account.
Turning a Comment Into a Lead
If CRM is installed, a promising inbound comment or message can be converted into a lead directly from the stream, keeping the conversation's context attached rather than starting a fresh, disconnected lead record.

One Place to Post Everywhere
Rather than logging into each platform separately, connect your accounts once and compose, schedule, and review performance for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube from inside Quickenerp.
Core Concepts
| Concept | Description |
|---|---|
| Media | A supported platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). |
| Account | One connected page/profile on a given platform. |
| Post | A single piece of content you compose, which can go out to several connected accounts at once. |
| Sub-post | The actual per-account copy of a post — each has its own publish status, since one platform can succeed while another fails. |
| Stream | An inbound feed (mentions, comments, or a hashtag) pulled in for monitoring and engagement without leaving Quickenerp. |
Connecting an Account
- Go to Social Media > Configuration > Accounts (or click Add Account from the dashboard).
- Choose the platform and log in through that platform's own authorization screen (OAuth) — Quickenerp never sees or stores your platform password directly.
- Grant the requested permissions (posting, reading insights) for the specific page/profile you manage.
Compose Once, Publish to Several Platforms
- Go to Social Media > Posts → Create.
- Write the Message and attach any images/video.
- Select which Accounts this post goes to — one post can target several connected accounts across different platforms at once.
- Preview how the post will look per-platform before publishing — formatting/character limits differ, so what fits on one platform may need trimming on another.
Post Statuses
- Draft – being written, not yet scheduled.
- Scheduled – has a future Scheduled Date and will publish automatically.
- Posting – actively being sent to each selected platform right now.
- Posted – complete; each account's sub-post is either posted or failed.
Because each account has its own sub-post, a post can be "Posted" overall while one specific platform's copy actually Failed (e.g. a token expired) — check individual sub-post status rather than assuming the whole post succeeded everywhere.
Scheduling & the Content Calendar
Set a Scheduled Date instead of posting immediately, and view everything queued on the Calendar view — drag a post to a new date/time to reschedule, giving a visual overview of your posting cadence across the month.
Templates
Save a frequently reused post structure (e.g. a weekly "New Blog Post" announcement format) as a Post Template so future posts of the same type start from a consistent layout instead of being written from scratch each time.
